We are planning an international move from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Stuttgart, Germany. Have any of you ever heard of or dealt with IFF USA (www.iffusa.com) out of Atlanta? They were recommended to me by a friend but I can't seem to find any information on them. Any comments or tips on international moving companies here in the Southeast will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a ton!

Please note as they seem to be an international freight forwarder and not a mover be careful thatyou know exactly what services they are going to do on your behalf. Do not assume they will tell you everything you will need to know in order to ship the goods from your residence in US to your residence in Germany. Most freight forwarders simply move goods from Port to Port and they may give you a low quote, legit, but does not cover all the services that are required to safely transport your goods overseas.

After you received your written quote showing all the services they are going to handle for you then check what services they are not going to do for you.

International moving companies like those listed in the Sticky at the top of the International Move section know what it take to get your goods from residence to residence. Including safe packing and shipping of household goods.

After you have a chance to review their written quote and should you have any question please feel free to contact again so we can answer any questions you might have.
