Anyone used SCL Rotterdam / NVS International for shipping a car?

Postby pascale » Thu Jul 21, 2016 1:25 pm

Hello,
I am considering using SCL Rotterdam to ship our family car from NY to the Netherlands, separate from our household goods move.

They specialise in making the car ready for driving in Holland also, so shipping through them makes sense, and their quote comes in more favorable than shipping the car with household goods through 3 other companies that I have quoting.

On the US side they use NVS International, Linden, NJ, as the carrier to ship the car in a container (shared with other cars) to Rotterdam in Holland.

Does anyone have any experience with either of them?

Send a private message to "Noone" (no quotes) and see if he can help you out.

I am not personally familiar with either of them, however on a brief review, they both look OK to use.

They both look like they specialize in Car Moving, and have the proper licenses, etc.

If you want to send me the quote or copy it here, I can see if there is anything that you should be aware of or ask.
