Recommendations for packer/mover to Bolivia from NYC?

I'm helping my mother move to Bolivia and would appreciate any recommendations for a packer/mover that could send her household effects from Queens, NY to La Paz.

She is taking no furniture except an upright piano. Everything else will be TVs/computer, clothing, dishes, cutlery and other small-box items.

Have two or three of them come to do an in home survey.

Make sure you find out what the fees in Bolivia will be. On my last shipment there, the port fees and terminal handling charges came to $1200 US, and the shipment took 45 days to be released from customs (which is normal) .

Also find out what the rules are for importing goods tax-free (if she qualifies),.
