Third Party Movers

Postby MikeLitt3810 » Sun Dec 21, 2008 11:52 pm

Ok here goes. The economy in the States is down. Most people who are relocating long distance is being done so via, 3rd party.
Now I ask all People who move using a 3rd party service If you would take the time to do the survey after your move is over. If it was bad let them know, if it was good Let them know.
I am a Mover and in these times it's these 3rd party co's. that feed us. When a move goes bad, and sadly it happens to often it will be reported. When the move goes exelent and this happens a lot it will go unreported. The movers who made your move great will go on doing their job as usuall and it will not be noticed.

If someone offers you bad service you are likely to tell 10 or more friends, If someone offers you 100% exelent service you are most likely to tell 2 or fewer friends. That rule goes for all aspects of the service industry.

Thank you for the time you spent reading this.

Did you ever watch the news? How often do you hear them talking about something positive? Most of the time news when reported, is something negative. Unfortunately this is the way it is.
