What is the best way to package glass top tables?

It depends on the size of the table. A mover will usually pack them in a mirror carton if it is the size of an end table or so. If it is the size of a kitchen table or desk, they usually need to be packed in a wood crate. Most companies will quote pricing for this, usually done by a third party moving company. Some companies have their own third party service.

Although packing these is not difficult for a mover, it often is the one thing that COD customers have the movers do. If you are only moving locally, I suggest not putting it in the truck and transporting it in an SUV or car if it will fit.
