He is right about the high probability of the moving company being already booked... Try to load in the evening and unload in the morning if you can. It's best to tip them at first, but not too much, maybe $10 each or so. And give the rest at the end of the move. Don't EVER give them beer during the move since the might do some damage on your furniture. Beer after is fine but be carefull not to offer them too many, I've sometimes had crews that c...
